Fit GRP flat roof covering with x2 roof windows & concealed rain gully.
Removal of existing suspended floor throughout whole of ground floor and replace with concrete sub-floor.
Install new ground floor WC.
Fit new boiler & “Megaflow” type cylinder (Housed in closet in rear bedroom).
Fit wet under floor heating throughout ground floor.
Fit luxury family bathroom.
Replace all bedroom radiators for new tower radiators.
Fit ceramic tiles throughout ground floor.
Fit kitchen (Magnet).
Decorate all areas.
